To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be in unused, original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Must have receipt or proof of purchase
- Must be within the return window
Non-Returnable Items
- Swimwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Final sale and clearance items
- Items that are worn, damaged, or altered

Pack the item securely in original packaging
Send the package using the provided shipping label
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Full refund for defective items (including shipping)
Exchanges
We currently offer store credit or refunds. For size exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We'll arrange expedited replacement or refund
International Returns
